If you are not satisfied with the initial deliverables, we offer revision rounds as specified in your service agreement or package. The number of revisions included varies depending on the service package you have selected. Additional revisions beyond those included in your package may be available for an additional fee.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel your project before we have commenced work, you may do so by providing written notice via email. Cancellations made before any work has begun will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees as specified in your service agreement.

3.2 Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

Once work on your project has begun, cancellations will be subject to charges based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation. We will assess the progress made and bill you accordingly for the work performed, including research, planning, content creation, and any deliverables provided.

If you cancel a project after work has commenced, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any advance payments made will be applied toward the completed work, and you will receive a refund for any remaining balance, if applicable.

3.3 Cancellation by Zakthrexbrax

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a project if we determine that continuing the work is not feasible or if there are violations of our Terms of Use. In such cases, we will provide you with notice and refund any payments made for work not yet performed.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the final deliverables. The request must clearly outline the reasons for dissatisfaction and provide specific examples of how the deliverables failed to meet the agreed-upon specifications. You must have participated in good faith throughout the project, including providing timely feedback and necessary materials.

4.2 Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Consultation fees and initial discovery sessions. Rush or expedited service fees. Third-party costs incurred on your behalf, such as stock photography, music licensing, or software subscriptions. Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by you. Custom work that has been specifically created for your project and cannot be repurposed.

4.3 Partial Refunds

In cases where a project is partially completed or where some deliverables have been provided, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. The refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the value of completed work from the total project cost.

5. Revision and Amendment Policy

We understand that creative projects may require adjustments to achieve the desired outcome. Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified in your service agreement, typically within 7 to 14 days of receiving the deliverables.

Revision requests should be clear, specific, and consistent with the original project scope and objectives. Requests that significantly alter the project scope or introduce new requirements may be considered as additional work and may incur extra charges.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your revision requests and ensure the final deliverables meet your expectations. However, unlimited revisions are not provided unless explicitly stated in your service package.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services or have concerns about the deliverables, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

In the event of a dispute regarding refunds or service quality, we will review the matter thoroughly, considering all relevant documentation, communications, and deliverables. Our goal is to reach a fair resolution that takes into account both your concerns and the work we have performed.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Use before pursuing legal action.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your financial institution first, as processing times may vary.
